MICHAEL WALCZAK, President

Michael Walczak introduced our development division in 2004 to construct luxury Chicago Area homes and condominiums. With real estate finance and entrepreneurship degrees and expertise in Chicago real estate, Michael has been an invaluable asset to our company’s success.  Michael oversees all operations, acquisitions and sales for Walco.  Dedication, communication, and understanding of clients needs are all principles that encompass his work ethic.


STANLEY WALCZAK, Vice-President & Founder

Stanley Walczak founded Walco in 1988 to deliver professional general contracting services to Chicago-Area home and business owners.  With an engineering background and understanding of the Chicago real estate market, Stanley has built Walco into a leading general construction firm.  Stanley manages each project to ensure quality craftsmanship and timely completion on budget.


CHRISTEN FORD, Design Consultant

Christen Ford oversees our entire project design from start to finish.  With a communication degree and strong sense of modern and traditional design, Christen assists our clients with all finish selections.  Her success is based on her ability to communicate, understand, and integrate each client’s style and needs with current design trends.
